All supporting documents, including the agenda, 2024-25 accounts, and previous AGM minutes can be found below. Any member unable to attend can appoint a proxy to speak/vote on their behalf using the requisite forms provided below.
Directors will retire in rotation and are eligible for re-election should they so wish. Additional directorship nominations are welcome in advance of the meeting using the appropriate form provided.
In addition to the usual AGM business we propose two resolutions to remove barriers to retaining membership: (1) Ordinary resolution – to vary the amount of the annual membership subscription to zero (£0), and (2) Special resolution – to adjust the Ordinary and Junior membership ages in the Memorandum of Association, to align with the current voting age of 16 and over.
Those wishing to join CGDT can submit the following membership application in advance of, or at, the AGM.
